 Order Cancellation Policy If it is necessary to cancel your order please email us at info@kopykatkids.com. We unlike other internet stores do not charge a cancellation fee but we will make every effort to stop the items from being shipped. However, orders can only be cancelled if request is made within 24 hours of placement and if the item has already shipped, we will be unable to cancel the order.

Returns

 In most cases returns are only allowed for defectives  Claims for products that are received damaged must be made within 5 days of receipt, so please inspect packages upon receipt.  A 50% restocking fee will be charged along with shipping expenses for all merchandise found not to be defective.

 

AFG- Cribs and Nursery Furniture

All furniture products are covered under the original manufacturer's warranty, unless otherwise stated.
The warranty may vary on different products. The manufacturer reserves the right to replace or repair  any part that is defective or decline to repair any item found not to be defective within the warranty period. Customer pays all shipping and handling cost to and from.

Banana Fish- Crib Bedding & Accessories

If an item is defective or shipped incorrectly it can be returned and the freight charges will be paid.  Returns or exchanges are no longer accepted because of the overwhelming amount of financial loss and theft on the internet.

Glenna Jean -Crib Bedding and Accessories

Sleeping Partners - All Products

If an item is defective or shipped incorrectly it can be returned and the freight charges will be paid.  Returns or exchanges are no longer accepted because of the overwhelming amount of financial loss and theft on the internet.

Levels of Discovery- All Products

KidKraft- All products

All sales are final  - covered under product warranty-  120 day replacement against defects in materials and workmanship

Badger Basket- All Products

We will accept returns - Undamaged & Unopened in original carton - customer subject to restocking fee 40% and must pay return freight charges.

Guidecraft- All Products

Shipping errors and/or damages must be reported within 7 days of customer’s receipt of goods for credit or product replacement. Defective product will be replaced for up to one year from customer’s receipt of goods. No returns on overstocks.

C&N Reproductions- All Products

Accept returns within 10 days for any reason, there is a 25% restocking fee and customer must pay freight in and out.  The manufacturers product warranty is 90 days, but items are repaired or replace for up to one year.

All Other Companies

All sales are final unless defective - defective item claims must be made with 5 days of receipt. A replacement part or item will be sent to the customer, any items not found to be defective will result in a 25% restock fee and full freight charges to and from customer.
